CBT for Weight Management
Date: Saturday 20th NovemberTime:10am-5pm
Venue: Hotel Isaacs, Store Street, Dublin 1.
This workshop is designed to help you reach your target weight and to help you maintin it once you have reaced your goal.
- It will explore motivation, thoughts and beliefs in relation to food and physical exercise.
- Using the Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), techniques and the Symptom Cycle, it will look at breaking the cycle, changing eating habits and forming and activity and eating plan.
This course is open to any person who wishes to attend.

(Hons) Couns./Psych., Prof. Cert. in CBT, MIACP Marina is a professionally trained Integrative CBT Therapist, who has worked in the Swan Family Support Centre, and also ran a successful private practice in South-West Dublin.Along with working in CBT Solutions Marina is Coordinator of CBTi (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ireland), and tutors in PCI College where she graduated. |
