About the Programme

Anger is on the increase in all areas of public and private life. This workshop offers the opportunity to understand the nature of anger and its relationship to personal difficulties. Participants will gain:
Effective interventions to use in Anger Management.
Insights into what triggers your own anger and a healthy expression of anger

Course Content

· Principles of Anger Management

· The nature of anger and relationship to personal difficulties.

· Bringing anger our of the Closet

· Fight or Flee—your choice.

· Interventions used in Anger Management.

· A healthy expression of Anger.

For all those involved or training in the caring profession and anyone who wishes to gain an understanding of anger management.

Facilitator

Noeleen Murphy M.I.A.C.P

Noeleen is an accredited Counselor and Supervisor with IACP.  She is a PCI College lecturer and the Adult Counselling Co-ordinator in a family centre in Waterford.  In addition she works as a school counsellor and maintains a private practice as a counsellor and supervisor.
